100% of our members told us in a recent survey that the coaching they receive from our trainers while they’re in the gym is good to great. That’s what we’re about – whatever your goal or reason for joining the gym our trainers are here for you to coach you in whatever area(s) you need.
We have excellent, dedicated trainers that really care about your success and results, and the right equipment to maxmise the effect of every second of your time in the gym. We don’t have any machines though, so don’t expect to spend any time on an elliptical trainer or treadmill. We’ll have you moving in totally different and more effective ways.

We believe in training. By training we mean performing movements in the gym with weights that make you stronger; being stronger makes your life outside the gym easier and more fun. When you get stronger you can do things you couldn’t do before; lift and carry things more easily, run and walk further and you will lose weight.
