As someone who understands the unique challenges of perimenopause and the journey of starting at the gym, I offer a supportive and educational approach to fitness that goes beyond just physical training.

I’m a proud mother and wife, and my most recent sporting venture started with competing in Strongwoman events three years ago. Since then, I’ve earned multiple podium spots at international competitions. My passion for strength training and my own experiences drive my commitment to helping you achieve your goals.
